Chinese smartphone maker company ‘Xiaomi’ announced on Monday that the low budget fitness tracker Mi band cross the 1 million sell in just 100 days. The device was make public on 18 August of this year. The Mi bands available in China only at just 79 yuan ($13).
The research firm Canalys notes said that 5 million wearable bands were shipped during the Q3, 2014. . The Canalys figure doesn't include the Mi Band sales, as today is the first time Xiaomi has revealed the sales data for the fitness tracker.
Xiaomi said that to put the Mi band sales progressive, company will sales the band in Taiwan and Hong Kong from the 1st of December. Company also said that they expand the availability of device in more countries in coming month. This will help to improve sells graph of the company.
