HTC, is a well-known corporation, initially making smartphones based on windows mobile operating system. Earlier HTC expanded its focus to devices based on Android OS and Windows phone OS.
HTC One series has been started with Android OS. This series has One X, which was critically acclaimed, but unsuccessful due in part to poor marketing efforts. HTC one is launched with a sleek aluminum body, live home screen, photo gallery and many more features.
HTC one Max is now upcoming device and specification has been unveiled. The device is likely to run on Android 4.3 jelly bean because of HTC one series (Android smartphone series) with sense 5.5 UI. Report says that it may have 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage with expandable options.
The device comes with high frequency i.e. 2.3 GHz quad-core snapdragon processor which provides better working experience to users. All the others common features are previously available in the phablet e.g. Wi-Fi, HD display, Bluetooth and etc.
The new feature, HTC one Max providing is it have 2.1 MP front-facing camera for video conferencing. HTC has now competing with other companies like Samsung, MicroMax, and Sony.
The device has 3300 mAh battery which provide longer battery life in compare to other phablets. Rumor about the new launching device is: it may have a fingerprint scanner placed on the backside of handset.

According to the recent rumors and reviews I read the HTC One Max show a marked downgrade in some of the specs. Like the 5.9-inch 1080p display will be accompanied by a Snapdragon 600 processor at 1.7GHz downgraded from the Snapdragon 800 at 2.3GHz.
