Actually Google didn't officially launched this types of operating system (Android 4.3 jelly bean). Youtube contain more video on Android 4.3 jelly bean. We people know that Google didn't launched Android 5.0 key lime pie at Google I/o event this year because Google think ahead about marketing .
So Google announced (not officially announced) about Android 4.3 jelly bean OS.
