Telstra HTC One handsets got its new update of Android 4.4 Kitkat i.e. Android 4.4.2, with of course some advanced features. According to the report this update have new features listed by the Android as well as bug fixes and may be approx. 300 MB in size.
The update have the ability to bring the smartphone up to Android 4.4.2, a new firmware version with its own sense 5.5 on-board UI. This new release will provide some the security enhancements and have recover some Wi-Fi bugs that occurred in UK several weeks ago. Android 4.4 is itself a better OS and now it got a new update, so it may become a boom in the Android smartphones market.
Update can be check by individual smartphones, whether it has arrived or not for the phone. What the smartphone shows when check for updates can be seen on the recent articles written by steve.
All the other carriers are in the list, providing the update to smartphone’s users- Optus says that they have approved this version and may be updatable from Mid-March. Vodafone also completed its testing and awaiting for the FOTA dates.
